Company History and Profile
Computer Doc is a South African IT services and technology solutions company specialising in the delivery of reliable, cost-effective and responsive IT support to businesses of all sizes.
Founded by Dean Joseph, an experienced technology professional with two decades of industry experience, The Computer Doc was established with a clear objective: to provide businesses with a higher standard of IT support, professional advice and dependable technology solutions.
Over the years, the company has developed into a trusted technology partner supporting more than 1,000 users nationally, while continuing to expand its service capabilities and client base.
The Computer Doc provides a comprehensive range of technology services, enabling businesses to outsource their IT requirements to an experienced team rather than carrying the cost and complexity of maintaining a large internal IT department.
Our approach is centred on building long-term relationships with clients and providing technology solutions that improve productivity, reduce downtime, strengthen security and allow businesses to focus on their core operations.
Many of the Doc’s customers will attest to the Doc’s fast and uncompromising service, and attention to detail which goes hand in hand with the success of any business.
“They have maintained our critical systems with exceptional uptime and strictly adhered to our agreed Service Level Agreements and have gone the extra mile whenever needed.”
“Their ability to respond promptly minimizes downtime and allows our staff to remain productive.”
The Doc offers a vast array of additional services and can assist with flexible solutions such as Cloud Hosting, personalized firewall, reporting or backup systems, compliance management and more…
“Our model is simple…because we provide unlimited support, it is in our interest to provide an efficient and productive service. We advise and work with our customers to improve and solidify their systems so that management is easy. That way, everybody wins”
